Our Purpose

Hey there,

Thanks for being here, and for taking the time to check out Truself.

I'm TJ, I started Truself Beverages because I live with diagnosed anxiety, and I wanted a way to unwind that didn't come with the aftermath of alcohol. Something light. Social. Easy to come back from.

Truself is a line of functional seltzers made for people like me, and people like you, if any of this sounds familiar. A drink you can reach for when you want to relax without checking out. Designed for presence, not escape.

What we're about:

• Low-dose THC. Just enough to feel good, not foggy. Have a couple if you want.
