Free shipping on orders over $75.

Where we ship. We ship across the U.S. via Fed Ex and USPS. Due to current state regulations, we're unable to ship to: AL, AK, IA, ID, KS, MT, NE, OH, TN.

Shipping options.

UPS Ground (4–7 business days). On average, orders arrive within 5 business days. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, email us at hello@drinktruself.com.

UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days). Need your Truself fix sooner? Get it in 3 days (excluding weekends). Please allow 1 business day for order processing before your order ships.

An adult signature (21+) is required at delivery. Shipping delays can happen from time to time due to weather or holidays — contact us if you experience a delay.

Return & Refund Policy

Satisfaction guarantee. Not feeling it? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll issue a credit or replacement. No return shipping required — keep what you've got and try something else next time.
